Dear AOSA Members,
One of the highlights of membership in AOSA is the ability to network with peers as well as provide mentorship to trainees at all levels as they navigate the surgical career landscape. The AOSA mentorship project came to light in an effort to respond to that need.
If you are interested in participating in this effort and to be matched with a mentor or a mentee, please fill the below application. Mentorship may be on one-to-one basis. Once the match is established based on your preferences, you will be notified by AOSA and linked up to your mentorship partners. You will be also be provided with some guidelines which can be found below.
