We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated bioengineer to join as a faculty member in our growing research team in our mission to serve patients with cancers and/or idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Your primary responsibilities will be to manage the writing of new grants and proposals (including but not limited to SPORE, DOD, NSF, and NIH grants), directly respond to inquiries regarding study protocols and policies, develop and maintain research including, but are not limited to, identifying the basic physical mechanisms in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and the effect of fibrotic factors on the TCR-T cells, and to present and discuss results in project team meetings.




·         PhD degree required preferably in bioengineering or related discipline with 3+ years relevant experience in a similar research setting.

·         Previous collaborative research and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, team-oriented environment with colleagues from diverse disciplines

·         Expertise in scientific data analysis for the purposes of both discovery and data quality control complemented by visualization and presentation skills is essential

·         Salary fully funded by external sources.

·         US citizen or green card holder

·         Excellent time management and organizational skills


Qualified candidates should have a sufficiently established track record demonstrating scholarly attributes to qualify for Harvard Medical School appointment. The appointment will be at the Instructor, Assistant or Associate Professor level, depending on the previous experience of the appointee. The candidate will also have an active role in the education and teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows.
